This is the adirondack chair I just finished building. It is now red and drying in the garage. This was a plan from sunset.com and my first chair ever to build. Its made entirely of pine which as far as wood goes, is just about the cheapest but I think it looks great and is relatively easy to work with...from a novice point of view.
